What does it cost to get started?
The first consultation is free. If we go ahead, fees are discussed up front and paid by the employer. Candidates are never charged.
How fast can we see candidates?
After the intake call we send a screened shortlist. Timing depends on the role and the market, and we will tell you honestly at the consultation what to expect.
What if no local candidates exist?
That is where our international pipeline comes in. We source and screen abroad, and our parent company Big Bang Immigration guides the LMIA and work-permit steps.
What happens after the hire starts?
We stay close through the first months on both sides of the match. If something is not working, you tell us and we work the problem with you.
