Nail Technician

One of our Nail Salon clients is hiring a skilled Nail Technician to join our salon team. You will provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while delivering a friendly and relaxing experience for every client. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean, precise work and enjoys building a loyal client base. Responsibilities Perform manicures, pedicures, gel polish, shellac, acrylic, and dip powder services Shape, file, buff, and polish nails according to client preferences Apply nail art and designs as requested Consult with clients to recommend services and nail care routines Sanitize tools, stations, and equipment according to Toronto Public Health standards Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Manage appointment bookings and greet walk-in clients Promote salon products and retail items to clients Keep track of supply levels and inform management when restocking is needed Requirements Completion of a nail technician certificate program Minimum 1 year of salon experience preferred; new graduates with strong portfolios are welcome Skilled in gel, acrylic, and dip powder application Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and infection control practices Friendly, professional, and able to make clients feel comfortable Available to work evenings and weekends Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an asset
